While anxiety is a natural part of life, we weren’t meant to live in a constant state of anxiety. Consistent, high levels of anxiety can not only impact your emotional wellbeing and relationships, but also your physical health; leading to chronic inflammation, fatigue, memory loss, weight gain, gastrointestinal issues, heart issues, and more (Healthline).
